Ponting is due for a good run, he's been a little to aggressive of late. He needs to settle on the crease, get his eye in, and then play his game. Coming out the blocks like a crazy man as he has done recently, not on. A Ponting with his eye in, man that's something to watch.

Did you see the 438 ODI game against SA? I was in heaven with that one. We have a great rivalry with you boys in AUS, but one that is always respectful.

Well I did have a minor freak out last year when people were saying Jupiter ignited when it was behind the sun.

Really? Jupiter ignited? Sh*t, I really need to keep my ear on the floor for these monumental events.... LOL

Yeah it's from that movie.

I think it's based on the F-19 Steath Concept.
F-19.
another different f-19 concept

That second link is closest to the movie version. But the first link looks cooler imo.

That looks like a modified / updated version of the SR71. Just think, if the US had the SR71 WAY back then, what do they have now?

The SR71 seems to be the first stealth plane in the US arsenal. Just look at it, way ahead of anything the Ruskies had (so we believe). I saw a video on how that thing pissed fuel out of the tanks on the ground, and had to be refueled almost immediately, as when the plane hit it's speed, it would enlarge and seal!
The engineers didn't have the materials then to compensate for the "Habu"

As the narrator says, "even the experts of the day, the blackbirds were so far ahead of their time, that they seemed unreal"

God damn right about that!

Only a South African and an Australian could turn a thread about stealth planes into a thread about cricket.

Man oh man, I wish. When that guy lights up, he's a firecracker that no darkness can evade!
Did you see how AB Devilliers busted India's nuts?!
Jacque Kallis hit his first double ton. He and Ponting are Living Legends!

Long live the rivalry between SA and AUS - because that produces great sportsmen, and WE appreciate that, don't we Chad

What did you expect?
We love the game of Cricket, and so we share our thoughts. BTW, I must say a big thumbs up to the mods for not telling us - Off topic - They must love cricket as much as we do?

(You see, there was no stealth plane - I just wanted to get you guys here for a cricket chat
)

Yeah, I love ol Kallis. He finally got that monkey off his back - a double ton
I'm hoping we'll play you guys soon again. There's nothing like a good duke between the Aussies and the Proteas
It's always been great to watch, no matter who wins. We always seem to bring our A-Game out when we play each other, and man is that good

Got that right. But his technique is impeccable!
The guy plays cricket so well, I only hope he will continue... Man, Chad I didn't know you were a cricket fan? We should chat more
