To need a food reserve? Ya. I do. That actually is the least of my concerns. I think its safe and smart to prepare in this way.
The question really is 'when' will this happen. I dont know. I hope we can continue living this way, with these standards, for many more years. But
i dont want to be caught in a instant financial collapse and be one of those people whos exhorted to go to the grocery store to pack up on food.
Things are definitely going to be bad.
I also have seeds. Heirloom. About 30 different varities. lettuce, carrots, beats, onions, broccoli, cucumbers, eggplants, tomatoes, squash etc..
So im prepared for the summer. Problem is the winter. And it appears like winters are getting a bit colder now...
So.. need a reserve. dry foods; rice, beans, lentils (mmm'), tried vegetables and fruits... maybe even some canned foods (although im trying to avoid
that)...
