What investigation? You mean the lawsuits? No case has even reached the phase of discovery — they were all dismissed.

I’m not sure why the people who keep insisting on this issue haven’t understood this yet, but the opinions of the judges in those respective cases have been clear, it is Congress who certifies the President and only Congress has the power to remove a sitting President.

It should be obvious by now that no citizen, irrespective of being in the military or not, can sue the President challenging his eligibility.
