Hey ats

I thought I would make a little thread, what music do you like?

Do you have some favorite number, or do you just love the genre you want to share?
Music tells so much about the person, and, you get a whole new opportunity to meet new music. Who doesn't want to meet new tunes?

Post your music and you are welcome to post more of course!

Who is it?
What genre is it?
Why do you like it?

I, want to share this wonderful music piece.
It is the artists Röyksopp which are from Norway.
The genre is Electronic.
I love how the sounds and details are playing around with each others, wonderful! And it's really relaxing.

I know many people doesn't like the music genre Electronic and says its not music. But what is music? When are music 'music'?

I'm exited to meet your tunes!

I'm a huge music fan. I love all genres, some less than others. This is Dirty Hank (underground hiphop) : The flute kicks ass:

Let me say, rock on!
I love these 3 metal bands.

I was to Metallica's concert in Denmark. Slipknot was the warm up group, can it get any better?

I'm sure it is, most hiphop/rap uses samples from wide varieties. For anyone who likes jack johnson and hip hop, look up M.I. The Jack Johnson Sessions (im pretty sure) You can find it free. Its great.

As for metal. I'm a big fan of At The Gates (slaughter of the soul) best metal cd EVER

Why would I judge you?

I think it's awesome that even Christians can use the metal genre. That just shows music is everything, and not 'a thing'.

Hey there ypperst, thanks for the inquiry into member's musical likes.
I really like Micheal Franti and Spearhead. They recorded this album in Kingstown Jamaica, where Marley did some recording, and this album was one of the rare pieces that I enjoyed every song from start to finish.

I also dig jamband style music, lively, good musicianship, and hella fun to dance to. This is The New Mastersounds:

My all time favorite band is TOOL, and this is one my fav songs, Opiate:

Peace,

such good music! thanks, I have never heard these tunes or bands before

Jamband? I could imagine what is is, but haven't heard it before. Yes, its really lively and it seems like they enjoy it.

Tool - Opiate, brilliant! what a deep harsh bass

They remind me of nirvana on some way, just more 'detailed' if I can use that word
