Strange interuption at church concerning a nuclear attack on New York

During our church service a young man in what appeared to be his mid 20s stood and yelled there is going to be a nuclear attack on New York. Our pastor sort of paused and led everyone in a brief prayer. The man sat down but a second time repeated the same message. Immediately a law enforcement officer escorted him out. HE could be heard in the hallways repeating the warning. Several thoughts came to my mind why is he saying this? Why did he choose our church service..indeed there has to be better forums for his message if he believed it. Namely Dept of Homeland Security..It was very strange..There was nothing related to prophecy or anything like that in the message.

sounds like somebody was watching the simpsons movie last night and wanted to get outta church.

Did he look respectable or perhaps homeless? Sounds really odd. That's the understatement of the year. It sounds REALLY ODD.

edit: And I'm one for oddball theories, but this is just too much to even begin to crack. Hmmm.

Actually the pastor sort of joked about several people getting up to leave...maybe he watched the Simpsons.

well, playing the devil's advocate, perhaps it was said in your church so that you would hear, and thus post it here, the goal of the whole process being to get the message here

however, sounds like this person could have just been 'crazy' and if that is all he said then it's sort of hard to beleive hahaha

As this is a large church I was quite a distance away. In no way did he look unusual or homeless. He was a white male maybe 6 foot tall short dark hair maybe a hundred and seventy lb or so.

Three possibilties come to mind here.1

1, Nut job wanting attention
2, An ATS Member who has been reading to many doomsday threads and his stalking you.
3, It's true and human nature being what it is refuses to believe it without hard proof.

The latter one being most disturbing as the proof means that lots of people get vaporized. but here is the quandry, if everyone took him at his word, the result is utter choas.

And this is the issue with many Conspiracy Theories,

To act or not, this is the question.

In the meantime, quite preparation does not hurt.

Was this an unknown someone, or a regular member of your congregation? Was he known to anyone else there? Was he alone attending services?

Did he give a date or time? Was he arrested or detained by law enforcement?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get a clear picture of the event.

Oh, what state are we talking about here, if you don't mind saying?

I doubt too many at my church have even heard of ATS.

No matter what the reason for this person to try to "alert" others.. it is still disturbing. Hopefully the town crier is a wee bit off his rocker.

Why not others?

I did not recognize him but we are a very large body of believers.. Have a Sat night service and 3 on Sunday. Which is also weird he picked the second one on Sun to do this. To me he knew they usually have the larger attendence. I don't know any more but will add to this thread if I find out more.

Was he an insider knowing what is to come? Did he give a time frame when he interrupted the church service? Has anyone followed up on this guy to see what has happened to him? Who does he work for or did he work for in the past? Where does he live? Was he just a kook? ^Y^

There could be more who knows if so maybe they will add to this. ATS is sort of obnoxious to Christianity in general.

By the way we are in Indiana not New YorK.

Strange story! How quickly did the law turn up?

Anyone think TPTB would nuke NYC if Julian Assange's vault of secrets were located there. Perhaps losing millions of people to save face/cover up all those nasty institution rocking pieces of info, and at the same time create a false flag. Two birds with one bomb as it were.

I would at first be a little concerned. Then think of it as a little comical. If he had any info on that kind of intelligence, I doubt he would be yelling it out loud like that, I could be wrong though.

I know someone that quit taking his head meds and he completely lost it. I mean scary lost it.

Law enforcement officials are usually there directing traffic. It was a matter of a few minutes between the outbursts the second of which he was escorted out.
