Time was of the essence. The lender's agents were to serve a Forcible Entry and Detainer the following Monday, November 8, 2010. This action, according to de facto Statutes, gave them the authority to enter the home and evict whoever was found residing there.
Upon receiving the Presentment, Chief Justice Bill then directed the Jury foreman to release the findings to the Republic of the united States Supreme Court Chief Justice, Nathan (Last name withheld). Chief Justice Nathan then wrote and served a Writ of Injunction to the lender, the de facto Arizona Superior Court, to the presiding court where the de facto case was heard and also to the Sheriff of Coconino County, where the home is situated.
No response was forthcoming from the first three entities who were served. However, on the day of the eviction; with time running out, and in another precedent setting move, the Coconino Sheriff's office responded positively and stopped the eviction of the homeowner. And would, from that point on, disregard any de facto writs and prevent any more attempts by the lender or its agents to dislodge the homeowner in the future.
This is the power that We the People of the Republic can wield to correct the injustices of the de facto U.S. Court system.

this sets a precident for future forclosure cases in that county
now if the state upholds this then we have some real way
for people to keep their house instead of spending all their money on lawers to keep their house
from the banks
