use google street view (take the little orange guy on the left and place him on the marker)

That is just rain drops and trash on the camera dome. You most likly can do that same trick with just about any Google street view from any address.

Yeah the street is certainly wet, must be water droplets on the camera dome...... unless of course the aliens are controlling the weather and used to water drops to cover their tracks as the ships flew by.
