You don't make the rulez right? IMO, and it will probably cost me 20 points again for going off topic again, LIC, It is a similair thread as the one you want to go against, strict;ly asking to don't mention the name, hiding it behind privacy, but readable as hiding it to conform to T&C..

yes, sir. this is definitely a "much needed" thread. the world would have never known how overly-proud, self-riteous, and unapologetic 75% of the american population is without the making of this thread.

I didn't even bother looking at that "other" thread when it popped up the other day. Why do we need to apologize to anyone? Geeze, grow a backbone. It's people like that who get dodge ball and prayer taken out of school. I still won't go look at that "other" thread, but thanks for posting this one. We all know that China as a country has issues too....They are a communist country.. but everyone.. communists, socialists, democrats, republicans, athesits, religious, not religious...EVERYONE EVERYONE (yes, I am speaking about even YOU) deserve a planet that is peacful and EVERYONE should respect others rights....NO ONE REALLY wants WAR....

Very few people really endorse war.. ( except high ranking govt officials that have underground bunkers and the criminal bankers that make a TON OF MONEY)

Yeah, they force restrictions on the number of children women can have because they're dangerously overpopulated. The sooner America stops policing the world, the sooner the terrorists will leave us alone. Why don't you use your outrage for something useful like legalizing large-scale hemp fiber production?

There is nothing wrong with asking for peace but you were pretty much pleading with China not to bomb the USA. That is not asking that is pleading rather large difference.

When you create a thread to refute a different thread you sort of want to have a title that refutes the other one. Just saying…

I've lived in the PRC, and it's not as bad as people paint it out to be. I've also lived in several other countries, besides my native U.S.A, and have formed the conclusion that every country has positives and negatives. The US should never apologize, for obvious reasons.

An apology is much like a burp and a belch, it can be taken totally different from culture to culture.
In some countries belching in public could be consisered extremely offensive, while in others it might be consisered to be a huge compliment.

Similar for an apology.
The countries that don't consider an apology to be a sincere act of remorse will instead see it as a huge sign of weakness.
