Forgive me if this is an old one, uploaded today to the source YT account.
Unfortunately there is zero information about the subject, and the YT account language is not English.

I assume the plume effect towards the end is a first stage separation.

this looks like one of the videos which was supposedly of the ufo which shut down an airport in China. Obviously, it is a rocket launch.

It's all an illusion. It's just a plane.

The Pentagon confirms the denial that it wasn't theirs, but they also deny the confirmatoin that it is . . . apparently the joint chiefs collectively agree to that.

The footage was used by the media for the UFO shutdown of the airport in China. The actual UFO that caused the fuss was only a radar sighting so not news worthy

Russian Soyuz 2 Rocket launching a Meridian satellite You can see them from hundreds of miles away. We watch Vandenberg launches here in Las Vegas when conditions are right, that is 422 miles away

For goodness sake don't show this to the environmentalists.

Think for a minute how large the plume is, and even more startling the effect the second stage has on the first stage plum pretty much instantly, despite them being miles apart.

I don't think that whitestuff is H2O.

A comment on the original YT video says

"Soyuz 2 Meridian Satellite"

and a still photo on Flickr here saying much the same.
Photo taken "on the road to Kazan (70-80km from it) at 2am"

Also:

"Third Meridian mission

Continuing an ever increasing pace of its space program, Russia made a third attempt to orbit its newest generation satellite for military communications.

A Soyuz-2-1a rocket with the Fregat upper stage lifted off from Pad No. 4 at Site 43 in Plesetsk on Nov. 2, 2010, at 03:59 Moscow Time. Two minutes later, Russia's ground control network started tracking the vehicle, which successfully reached its initial orbit, official military sources said. According the Ministry of Defense spokesman, the separation of the payload from the upper stage was scheduled for 06:13 Moscow Time, as vehicles would be orbiting the Earth within communication range of the ground control network.
