Time Traveler on a cell phone in 1928

I am not sure if this should go here, but I thought it might be a suitable place.

In the video above it shows a woman or possibly even a man on a small black device clearly talking and smiling.

I would like to think it might just be a crazy old lady that has lost her mind, but really it looks like she is talking on a cell phone. I would really like some opinions on this because it kinda leaves me in awe.


Also this is from a Film that Charlie Chaplin made.

Yeah, first thing that came to my mind was CIA operative, or New World Djedi.

Oh sorry I did not see that it has been posted but never the less it is one of the more interesting things I have found.

It is pretty interesting... I've been e-mailing it to friends and family as kind of a joke, but I am trying to provoke some thought as well. Time traveling baby! Take me to the 60's!
