Go to Google Chrome "little wrench" icon....OPTIONS...click UNDER THE HOOD and DELETE BROWSING DATA...X.P. CONTROL PANEL-INTERNET OPTIONS should still work for you too. Try both.

What is great about CCleaner is that you can save the cookies you want by going to options, then cookies and add the ones you don't want to delete...
