Court: Jerusalem must fund gay center

Wow, so how is this gonna go over with the populace? Seems if it's against the koran it's not gonna be taken well. Any thoughts on how long this will last? I don't think that it will take to long before there are protests here and it ends up not being built.

You shouldn't be surprised.. Jerusalem has modernized a bit over the years and now a days it's not just a city for religions and religious people anymore.. It has a night life that is only second to that of Tel Aviv, and it has a very famous school of art- The Betzalel school of arts, which draws students from all over the country- Muslims, Jews and Christians, and believe it or not gay people from all these religions...

So it makes sense they deserve to have equal rights.. Regardless of what a minority of orthodox Jews think..
