WWII Propoganda Posters

Hey everyone - I came across some WWII propaganda posters a while ago, and was reminded of them last night by another member here. Thought that I would upload some of these in case someone has never seen some of these. I've got from most sides of the major players in the war, including - United States, Russia, and of course, the Nazi Germany agenda.

It's interesting to see those posters... I don't think most of them would fly now days, but it's cool to have a peek into the psyche back then. Wish I knew what the others said that aren't in English.

Very cool trip to a time when people banded together for a common cause. Hope we never have to go to that kind of place again, even though there are some who would probably love nothing more. The world is probably past the stage where this kind of unity is even possible. Could happen again though if we get blown back to the darker ages somehow.

I believe it can, & at some point will happen again, I'm sure. Once a common threat is established, former hated enemies will unite to defeat the common threat. But I do hope your right about never going there again...

Brilliant thread - enjoyed it a lot.

I love going to the Imperial War Museum here in London and looking at the posters like these - some really great minds worked on them!

I'm not sure I've seen much in the way of propaganda for current wars; at least nothing like this. Of course, I have seen plenty of "subtler" propaganda on the news channels. Nothing this overt, of course.
