As just announced by a caller to coasttocoastam.com...

She admits going to the Bildebergers -- which the caller claims is in violation of the Logan Act:

Kinda funny in a queer way...
Isn't that precisely what the mission of the CIA is? To interfere with foreign governments?

Mission The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is an independent US Government agency responsible for providing national security intelligence to senior US policymakers.

Actually I think the CIA technically does break the law all the time. They just are "above" the law in terms of the law being enforced -- just like Cheney, Bush, etc.

I remember reading somewhere that the Logan act is actually unenforceable because it is Unconstitutional.

Doesn't really matter nothing is going to happen to her, she could come out tomorrow and say she snorted meth last night and she would be relieved of her post and get a slap on the wrist. The same for all government officials.

Good call -- Reagan tried to use it against Jesse Jackson for traveling to Cuba and Nicaragua.

She's the Secretary for Health and Human Services. She is perfectly within her rights as such to conduct such activities. That's what all government officials do. It's what diplomats do. She was confirmed by the Senate to represent the US government. How is that not obvious to you all?

The Logan Act is to prevent unauthorized citizens from interfering in international affairs. That is meant for our kind, not for government officials - and even they have their spheres of influence. They can't just arbitrarily walk into any old thing and meddle in things they have no business in.

Bilderberg meetings are attended by nearly all Ministers and Secretaries at some time or another in their term in office.

Klinton admitted to going to the Bilderberg meeting. There is a youtube clip of it somewhere. AJ reported in 08 that Obama & Hillary disappeared at the same time Bilderberg 08 was happening just a few miles from Washington.

Right -- but Bilderberg is highly secret -- regardless of the Logan Act or any law -- there's no democracy involved.

The WTO is the same way -- they're CLOSED door meetings -- no meeting notes, etc.

So you get Cargill -- the 2nd largest private corporation in the world -- after Koch -- WRITING THE LAWS as SECRET for the WTO agribusiness agreements.

Sure maybe the laws become public -- AFTER they're the law! haha.

And so it is with the Bildgerbergers -- what do government matters if you have CABALS of secret meetings of PRIVATE leaders -- business leaders -- with various heads of state, etc. -- meeting secretly, making plans.

Clinton went to Bildebergers as Governor -- overseeing the CIA Mena drug dealing -- and then soon after was President.

It's a rigged system -- picked and planned in secret.

As Chomsky says if the Politburo plans something it's not called a conspiracy -- but if Western leaders do secret planning of wars, assassinations, etc. then it's a conspiracy.

Common Law says you get a jury by trial of your peers. Laws are discussed in open.

Sure maybe it's an ideal in our are of representative democracy but there are still open meeting laws, etc.

That's exactly the point. Because these meetings are secret with no audio or transcript they are inherently illegal.

The fact of the matter is we have this government being steered by the adgenda of a very few. And no one who knows the adgenda will say what it is.

And those who are documented and on record are all cabal members.
But anyone who points to them or that evidence is called a conspircy nut a tin foil hat head and other sillyness.
