I never stayed in the place, but there are stories from them that have

place: Jerome Arizona, 'The Spirit Lounge'

a copper mine town, had lotsa money once, shootings took place,
now its a campy place for social dropouts and other eccentrics,
my GF at the time took me up there to the mountain top town,

we intended entertainment by a band called Major Lingo...
bu the power wen out at the arena venue, so we drank up adult beverages
at the 'Spirit Lounge', where locals regaled the patrons with troubadore music and legends of hauntings at the Pub....

we rested at a public rest stop ...until the bands played at a club in Sedona AZ, not too far away.

~~~ NAWW...I'll just leave the typos, gives the post character
Many old pubs are claimed to be haunted.
What is the age of the pub or is there any rumored or known things thast have happened there in the past?
Was there a local execution area nearby. I am asking this because when people use to be taken to be executed, they were on the back of a wagon. The wagon would stop at a pub where the prisoner could get off the wagon for one last drink, hence the old saying Öff the Wagon"in relation to drinking.
I've lived in a few Pubs, my Dad used to manage/own a couple. And there was one that everyone sweared to be haunted. A few of my family members claimed to have seen a ghost upstairs first hand.
It was a very unpleasant place upstairs. But that could have been the effect of hearing all the ghost stories, maybe not so much the other way round.
