american and russian flying saucer experiments

ive heard some rumors about the ideas of flying saucers being experimented with by the us and russia. they are suposedly using cold fusion cell packs and radiating out energy of the bottow of the craft making it apear to hover in mid air. if anyone has heard anything about this please post your info. thank you.
