Yes it is totally out of Context She was speaking of the late Senator Kennedy but still its pretty quirky.

She did not make a mistake.

It was out of context, as explained in the op. Perhaps you would benefit from watching a little more of the video or at least reading the OP next time.

Actually I did watch the video and read the op.

And it does sound as if she is referring to the President at first, while the fact that she is speaking of Ted Kennedy comes after her comment.
