Is the Health Care Issue a False Flag?

I am just wondering if the Health Care issue is a kind of false flag designed to divert attention of the masses. Not long ago the Patriot Act was renewed, As well Bills being floored about assisting Africa with terrorism issues and such (great, now there will be invasions, and occupations in Africa )

I have seen this before; while attention is diverted by issues that cause great debate amongst the general population, other more nefarious things are taking place behind closed doors and with very little opposition from the unsuspecting populace. I hope someone is watching for any sneaky developments.
