The Jews are supposed to be monothiests, but they strayed into the religions of surrounding countries. The Bible is full of stories about God chastising Isreal for her unfaithfulness to Him.

If Israel became Palistine I am sure all this evidence would never have been allowed to be discovered, but various Bible evidence was discovered in the 1800s in Israel anyway, but if the Palistines had full control today no one would know, they would not look for it they would rather throw it away as they do often even. The world needs to know the truth and some people would rather cover it up and never report such findings. I bet they will discover something soon where all faiths will awakened, it is the right of humanity to have Israel, otherwise it is another Mecca a closed door for outsiders and even so Jerusalem is never mentioned in the Koran, maybe if the Jews never returned it would have remained Marshland anyway, the land is a curse to outsiders it won't work for others anyway.

that might have been part of Solomon’s Temple

The title is a misnomer...that might have been is a far cry from discovers parts of.

AND even if it were it won't change a thing. Israel would be insane to make any attempt to tear down the Dome of the Rock or the Al Asqa mosque to rebuild the temple.

Yes it is a bit of a misnomer, after all rocks and containers can't talk, but they must be pretty sure of themselves or they would not have published it.

That being said, faith alone will be enough to intensify the want to rebuild the temple that much more. Things are going to heat up.
