February 1, 2010 | In an interview Sunday, New York Times economist Paul Krugman hammered conservative talk show host Glenn Beck for spreading blatantly false information about the Democrats' health care bill -- and put the blame squarely on Fox News CEO Roger Ailes.
"Glenn Beck doesn't, you know," Krugman began, "what bothers me is the fact that people are not getting informed, that we are going through major debates on crucial policy issues; the public is not learning about them.

Well. Do we really have to attack FOX news for misinforming us? Isnt it kinda widely known that they "enhance" information?

I guess it's nice that someone is voicing what we all obviously already feel.

Healthcare became such a confusing issue, the last thing we need is someone goofing up the information down the line. We are talking about a Stephen King novel-length bill proposal that a veteren lawyer would hav a hard time wrapping her/his brain around.

Good job, Paul. Good Job.

What?

Fox News words are as sacred as the Bible itself!

I tend to get all my news there, not question any of it, and blast everything else that goes against the opinion of anyone at Fox news!

I mean, why should I bother checking up on any of their information when I just know it's true! I can trust them!

No. Not at all. You can refer to my other thread on this issue by clicking here.

It's not a matter of bending the truth, it's to what extent.
