Where is the facility to draw up a draft of your thread, click a button and preview it (photos, video, text, etc) To see how it will look on the page before you post it. And save it for later editing.

What is the tool for that?

I want to be able to see and edit a thread with photos, video, and text on display...and whatever else I put in the thread.

What software do I need?

Dont say "Preview"

Press Preview, right next to the submit (or reply) button.

Thanks.

Hmmm, chocolate....

As far as I know, there is no way of doing that, you would need a site with the same configuration of BBCode to show things exactly as ATS.

Maybe you should add that suggestion to the ATS, BTS, What would you like to see in the future?

I usually copy a long post into my temporary browser by highlighting, right-clicking and saving. That will save coded ATS things as well. I get into trouble sometimes when I'm trying to be cute and reply to more than one person on a post -- multiple windows open, clicking too fast for my own good -- sometimes having the document saved keeps at least one version intact.

For longer verbage, say a thread idea I'm working on, I'll save it in Word or other WP document, with little notes like (insert photo here), (insert link to story) etc.
