In his speech yesterday about Guantanamo Detainees, President Obama talked about the relevance of the U.S. Constitution, more than 200 years after it was drafted by America’s Founding Fathers.
“I have studied the Constitution as a student; I have taught it as a teacher; I have been bound by it as a lawyer and legislator,” Obama said. “I took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief, and as a citizen, I know that we must never – ever – turn our back on its enduring principles for expedience sake.”

Lets see how he gets him self out of this one.
If the prize is coming from the nobel committee which is appointed by the goverment of Norway, then this is a direct violation of the constitution.
Article I, Section 9, of the Constitution, the emolument clause, states: "And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince or foreign state."
