Playlists on ATS Media, how do you add stuff.

I was just looking at the playlist section in ATS Media and noticed that people have nothing in their playlists. Well at least the half dozen at the top of the list did not have anything in them.
I tried to create my own and cannot work out how to create a playlist.
Is this list intended for music, as it appears that I and many others have made that assumption.
Can anyone help me out with where I have gone wrong, I just want to add some of my own music.

Anyone got any idea at all.
