Cuts 'will lead to riots in our cities' (UK)

Anyone notice that when cuts "have" to be made its always the essential services and labourers that take the brunt of it.

They won't cut down the size of the Civil Service/Bureaucracy nor will they reduce the number of Quango's and as for their pet PC projects don't even think about it.

Our Government will never voluntarily reduce its own size as that would result in a loss of power, instead it goes after many of the people/services who actually matter.

The Unions have also become more of a political entity, they are not about protecting their people but rather trying to hang on to the power they wield, just like the government.

I predict that there will not be riots, we have become a nation of grumblers instead.
