This looks like some bloke in a shrey mask, they were on sale here for a while honestly its a shrek mask just look at a picture of shrek then look at the photo there the same

It's just distortion combined with bad lighting and the second dude in the background making it look like the jaw/nose is extended and large. Given the guy (manbearpig) in question is obviously HUGE, his head is tilted up with the chin in the air.
