As hard as it may be to believe, I am currently employed in the US. I can certainly understand why my company offers this. I am so close to burning out that I can taste it.

I'm not sure if you're lucky or not, to be honest.

Just trying to get caught up after a week off is bad enough...can't imagine after 6 weeks....

That's awesome though, if you can be gone for that kind of time and not have to kill yourself upon returning...
