Looks like another revisionist has crossed the line! It seems this is happening more and more. It's hard to believe when all he is presenting is fact! It's interesting to see the freedom of speech laws failing to do what they're intended again...

How completely and utterly ridiculous. Every person is entitled to their opinion. This is tantamount to 1984 thought crime. This is not just about the Jews, there are larger issues related to the endangerment of free speech here.

Not sure if it was posted on ATS , but a similar thing is happening to the french comedian Dieudonné , for awarding a prize to a holocaust denier .

French comedian to face trial for anti-Semitism

The Paris criminal court will begin hearing the case on May 5. Dieudonne is to answer charges of causing offense to a group of persons based on their origin, ethnic background, race or religion, a judicial source said.

Dieudonne has over the past years been ordered to pay several fines for inciting racial hatred including in 2005, when he called Holocaust remembrance "memorial pornography."

Last month, the comedian born to a Cameroonian father and white French mother, again caused a stir after he announced plans to run as an "anti-Zionist" candidate in the June elections to the European parliament.

In 2004 he was cleared of anti-Semitism for dressing like an Orthodox Jew and giving the Nazi salute on a TV show, but was fined for anti-Jewish comments he made to a newspaper.

He and his supporters, many who are African and Arab immigrants living in the suburban Paris ghettos, label his comedy as anti-racist.

“Dieudonne is the spokesman, the godfather, the icon of a new kind of anti-Semitism,” a philosopher of Jewish identity, told the New Yorker magazine in a 2007 profile of Dieudonne.

“It is an explicitly anti-racist anti-Semitism, which inverts traditional anti-Semitism by asserting that the Nazis today are in fact the Jews," said Alain Finkielkraut. "The idiom of anti-Semitism is no longer racism; it is now anti-racism. Dieudonné’s followers say that they don’t hate Jews, they hate Jewish racism. They say that Israel is like Nazism, like apartheid. ”

It's most basic human right to be racist. You have every right to hate whoever you want even if it's illogical. You have every right to have an opinion on the holocaust even if it's negative and you have all the basic human rights to speak and publish your views. Nanny state at work again

Disagreeing or being contrary is not a crime but promoting hatred or profiting from it is. I lost the Czech side of my family in World War II and support continued research into the authenticity of the the Holocaust Industry even as an avowed humanitarian, but the fact is, most "revisionists" are liars who make crap up to sell books and swell the ranks of the neo-nazi movement. Ernst Zundel, David Duke, Wolfgang Droege, Richard Butler or William Pierce, anyone?

It doesn't matter that it's illegal, the government or anyone else has no place to say what you can hate or not. Lying or living in a fantasy world isn't wrong either, otherwise most of our politicians would be locked up. Same goes for profiting and promoting. No one is forcing people to buy into the stuff.

Almost everything you read here is based on publicly available information and most historians know all about it. And yet they remain strangely silent, allowing the fantasyland, propagandized version of American history and the fatuous pseudo-patriotic nonsense spewed by politicians and the mass media to stand unchallenged.

This is what is called, in the history biz, a revisionist history. American history, at least as far as the general public knows it, is in desperate need of revision, bringing what is taught and what is said about America's past more in line with the truth.

The fact is most neo-nazis are agents of either the CIA or Mossad.

I find it insulting that Holocaust revisionists get all this sympathy but when I complain about illegal immigrants, I'm a horrible person.

I kind of feel like there are different kinds of racism, hm?
