I even tried reseting my password and using the password they give me in the email. still can't log in!

Hello...I was attempting to add an avatar to my profile. I followed the directions in the OP+2nd post, attempted to log-in on the media page, but I'm getting the following message in the web page:

"""
I'm going to log off of the main ATS site to see if that is effecting anything. It could just be a temporary issue so if no success I will try again in an hour or so.

Any advice by someone who has encountered this before is greatly appreciated.

Those instructions are old....and need to be updated. Until then, follow the following NEW directions:


Go to TOOLS on the blue menu
The click on ATS UPLOADS
Upload your avatar based on the NEW RULES FOR AVATARS & BACKGROUNDS
Then click on your image and under the image it will say
AVATAR.
