I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR 3.5 MONTHS NOW!!

This should be on the news..

I AM NOT KIDDING!

For me, I look SW and it's in the sky.. and has been getting noticibly brighter for the last 2 weeks.

100% Serious!!

I called up that airport corporate centre and they said it's the North star..
LOL!

Why is the NorthStar in the SW part of the Sky.

I asked people on the streets and they just say it's a Star.

IT'S THE FIRST STAR YOU SEE AT NIGHT.
& i do not even mean night, I mean 5:30pm...

I dont believe in Nibiru..
But...

It's either that or jesus, or a star exploded.

Yup, that's Venus. It is even visible during the day sometimes. It's brightness varies a little due to it's phases and position in the sky. But mostly the differences in brightness are caused by the Earth's atmosphere. I have been watching Venus since at least summer, and truthfully I don't think the brightness has changed that much. Except for maybe cold and clear nights (like we've been having lately) that make it seem brighter.

Obviously the north star is not in the SW sky. They must have either misunderstood you, or just figured you would believe whatever they told you (so they could get rid of you, and get back to their work). It's sad that so many people think the north star is extremely bright. It is not, it is only the 48th brightest star in the sky. So either that person at the airport was just trying to get rid of you, or they don't know what they're talking about.
