is RATS 5000 pts per month?

Is RATS a 5000 pts one time fee?

I really would like to know.

If it was a one time fee I would happily join it, but 5000 a month seems a bit steep to me.

5000 one time fee, then 250 a month if you still want access.

250? I thought it was 500. Could be wrong, it's been ages since I bought RATS.

It's 250 a month after the initial 5000 point buy in.

Umm...I looked around a few threads because I wasn't sure either (I don't have RATS access) and most of the posts said 250 (including one by SO) so I thought that'd be the right one.
