The folks in Washington and in the upper tiers of media and industry are so far removed from reality that they must actually think this is all fixable. Can they really be so stupid? You can make a throne out of bayonets, but you can't sit on it for long.

I was wondering the same thing, although I believe the timing of the so called "impeachment" rulings is suspicious. I started another thread with my theories:
