Just want to know, does this happen to anyone else? Its mainly happening in this forum, the questions and information forum, and it is getting frustrating.

i tried everything i could think of but could not stop it. can anyone please help me?

If you clear your cookies and cache (temp. internet files), I bet it'll fix your problem.
