Violence broke out Thursday as tens of thousands of Serbs protested Kosovo independence and reportedly set fire to the facade of the U.S. embassy in Belgrade, according to news agencies.
Riot police fired tear gas at Serb rioters as protesters wearing masks broke into the embassy.

Riots breaking out in Serbia, and the US Embassy was attacked. No reports of injuries or deaths.

Apparently, the US backing Kosovo has further deteriated our name on the international community.. Serbs angry with America, and siding with Russia. It kicked off peacefully Sunday, but has this independence turning into a international incident?
