Message from the Government

Due to the increasingly serious, combined effects of Global Warming, the impending approach of planet X, and heightened Sun spot activity, rising sea levels are now becoming a matter of intense alarm. Soon, most dry land will be submerged, permanently.

As such, to increase the chances of the Human race surviving the coming deluge, the Government are relocating all intelligent, articulate and good-looking people to higher ground.
