I came across this or these objects while looking at some photos from a space shuttle flight. The pictures that I was looking at can be seen here at the link with an odd name, well think is strange (imo) A friend

Hm..I seem to remember this in another thread.

If my memory serves me correctly it is a lens reflection from the bulb or filament in the arm mounted light.
