This story is just one of many I've read recently about how police are violating the consitution and their own departmental policies to do things about the law.
Above are additional news links I found on what appears to be unneeded use of the taser.
I'm just glad some the private security companies I've worked for to not allow officers to carry the taser.

Look at what is going on with Blackwater. Govt. security and the police are now above the law and without fault. This needs to stop

Correct me if I am wrong, but do police officers no longer have any morals of their own. Are they nothing but goons for the state?

I think its really ridiculous that they have to resort to using tasers on old men with health problems. What has this country come to? Sad.
