I wanted to share a reply I received from, an actually open minded and fair minded but seriously respected Scientist -- Dr Persinger. The info sent to the Doctor was not originated from me just delivered. Origanally from a lady known as Shirleypal, on another channel, great stuff SP.. UFO Researchers know who Persinger is and his work at Laurentian University through the years. It's a brief but clear opinion from Dr Persinger..
.
Hello XXXXXXXXXXXXX Thank you for your email. I concur, there are still some very significant unknowns,
and, as scientists we should remain open to infinite possibilities.
The tectonic strain hypothesis only accommodated about 85% of the
variance of
observations, at most, as you indicated.

I too have been cogitating about the non-random occurrence of
ELF-magnetic fields,
pulsed on GHz carriers or generated as pure forms, within the
enviornment that occur at
times and events that would be likely bifurcations for the direction of
human behavior. The
peak to peak amplitude is in the range of 100 pT to 5 nT with copious
computational
capacity and great complexity.

Check the predicted electron resonance frequency at 1 nT and then
imagine the potential for qubits.

Hope this helps.

Dr. Persinger

I don't get what you're trying to say.
Can you elaborate ? Maybe tell us what the sender was asking or
implying ?
Explain the message in layman terms ?

he's saying that we find wierd very low frequency electromagnetic fields frequently that can't be explained away and have lots of patterns that allude to them not being of natural origen. Whether or not he is saying that these electromagnetic pulses are from human origen or not I can't tell.

This is a good example of something I'm just not smart enough to completely understand, but, I think I get the gist of it and what it implies.

"Copious computational
capacity and great complexity."

This stands out in the e-mail. At least to me. ELF "containing" (if I understand correctly, I may not) these copious amounts of anything is quite interesting in itself.

Intrigued.
Cuhail

PS, if I have it completely wrong, tell me, just don't stomp on me, thank you.

Without the originating email it's hard to say with certainty what was discussed.
However there appear to be references to known aspects of UFOs.

The tectonic strain hypothesis only accommodated about 85% of the
variance of
observations, at most, as you indicated.

This refers to the theory that tectonic movements cause observable phenomena in the atmosphere. It remains unproven.

This seems to refer to Dr. Persingers own work in simulating UFO experiences in the lab. Some of the subjects even reported abduction like experiences.
Hopefully he'll continue his work.

I studied under Doctor Persinger for a year at Laurentian University in Sudbury. While there, he was actually testing electromagnetic variance's effect on the human brain. Certain frequencies of electromagnetic radiation, in conjunction with certain brainwave patterns, caused about 85% of subjects to feel an 'otherworldly' prescence. Others had religious experiences, or out of body experiences, depending on their own mental state, beliefs, and the kind of electromagnetic radiation they were subjected to.

Interesting little guy, Dr. Persinger. Raving mad at times, but absolutely brilliant. Tell him...should you email him again...that Javelin sends his best from the RCR.

EDIT: Link to the good Doctor's wiki page.
