I'm torn between Fight Club and Munich. Narrowing it down to one is almost impossible, there are too many more that would be close to the top of my list.

Pulp Fiction is my favorite.

The Godfather series is a close second.

Not to sound like a broken record but if I had to pick only one then my vote also goes to Pulp Fiction.

That film has it all.

excellent piece of movie making.

The very first Mad Max. Have watched it so many times and it never bores me.
The Castle would be a close second. Tell him he's dreaming!!

Sweet! Three for Pulp Fiction.

I've seen quite a few of the movies mentioned. A lot of really good movies named.

For me it's gotta be:

JAWS - It was done very well. Great story line. Captures being at the beach very well. One of the few movies where multiple conversations happen at the same time and you can "tune in" to any of them. It really is my favorite movie.

That's followed closely by Happy Gilmore - makes me laugh every time.

I have a new favorite film, Serenity.

It is, quite honestly, the greatest film I have ever seen.

Damn you for making us choose one. I could list hundreds.

But if I had to choose one, (I'm Not), I would go with either The Godfather or The Godfather Part 2.

I'm still undecided to which one I liked better. Two of them are without a doubt the greatest movies ever made. (IMO)

Tough one, very tough. But if I had to choose just one, today (cuz lets face it tomorrow I may feel differently) but if I had to pick just one I'd go with "The Princess Bride".

I've seen that movie more times than I can count and it still makes me laugh.

I should mention I'm a big fan of whimsy so that might explain it, but in my opinion that movie has it all.

Romance, adventure, comedy and of course Andre the Giant who steals every scene he's in.

And since others posted their runner ups so will I:

"The Duelists"

"Star Wars" The first one, the good one from 1976.

"The Warriors" Another flick from childhood but a good one.

Somebody mentioned "Silverado" and I'd go with that as well.

I love westerns so I'd also put down "Open Range" wich I consider to be the purest cowboy movie since John Wayne's "Cowboys".

Oh dear I could go on and on...better stop before the list gets out of control.

Has anyone ever seen the movie "To live and die in L.A", I only ever saw it once years ago and have never been able to find it again. It had one of the best endings of a movie i can remember.
For some reason it has always struck me as being a great movie even though it was a low budget flick.

I don't exactly have one favorite movie so it would be Indiana Jones, Starship Troopers, Black Hawk Down, Terminator II, and The Fifth Element.

1.) Joe Dirt
2.) Spaceballs
3.) Snatch
4.) Hackers
