A young man ends up in handcuffs for singing along to his MP3 player. As he was listening to the 1979 "London Calling". He was turned in by his taxi driver and held on suspicion of terrorism.

LONDON (Reuters) - British anti-terrorism detectives escorted a man from a plane after a taxi driver had earlier become suspicious when he started singing along to a track by punk band The Clash, police said Wednesday.

Detectives halted the London-bound flight at Durham Tees Valley Airport in northern England and Harraj Mann, 24, was taken off.

The taxi driver had become worried on the way to the airport because Mann had been singing along to The Clash's 1979 anthem "London Calling," which features the lyrics "Now war is declared -- and battle come down" while other lines warn of a "meltdown expected."

This I thought was kind of wild all the guy was doing was singing along to his MP3. If the Taxi driver did not like it he could have asked him to stop instead of getting him held by the cops. If he could not see the guys was singing along to a song I would not want to be on the streets of London with this guys cause he`s blind. This is one of many over actions in the war on terror and it does nothing but do exactly what the terrorists want restrict freedom.

This is not the first time that has happened with that song. A while ago, someone was arrested because they text messaged the lyrics to a friend and it was intercepted by monitors.
