This is a really amazing Lego aircraft carrier. The size is huge!

Go here to see many more photos showing incredible detail, even in the hanger bays.

Makes me want to get the Legos out...

That has to be one of the most amazing anythings that I have ever seen. I wonder how many lego's were used, and how much he spent to purchase them all.

I am sure that took him a few weekends in the house to create.

Ok, can everyone say "Way too much time and money"?

I'd love to know how long it took him to make that, and how much it cost him.

Imagine this,

Your coming downstairs for a drink in the night, it's dark and you trip over this, smashing it too pieces.

You would be gutted to say the least.

WOW, just WOW. It is SO big. The Detail is so GREAT. I think someone likes Lego's.

Has to be a kit, right? At least the ship, then each of the planes is a kit.

Ahhhh, LegoLand. And no...bet that aircraft carrier was not a kit. That person might have made it to get a job with Lego. That is how their application process works.

Yeah, I can see that happening. Or something closer to this:bash: or maybe this

Anyway, I think that is awesome. I remember when my parents bought me a bathtub version of an aircraft carrier, then I just had to get a fleet going....

Ah the memories......

Dimensions? Length, width, height, weight, cost? ANything?

Still cool. Made a tower before, got it to nine feet tall before I ran out of legos. It was uh, a copy of Tower 1 of the WTC buildings.

Zedd have you been hanging out at LegoLand again

The carrier is simply amazing and you have to wonder how much the dude spent on it if he had to put it together himself

I am GLAD you asked! It made me check the site again and found this comment has been added:

Some facts:
Made by Malle Hawking (Weebleleezer). It is about 5m long, 1,40m wide and the height is about 1,20m. It contains over 200,000 Bricks and weighs over 160 Kilos and a five digit amount of costs. Building time was over one year and it will finish end of March 06. It has electrical lights on deck, hangar and aircrafts. Moveable Elevators and radar dishes and finally a motorized catapult!

A motorized catapult?????
