well i am in a web design class in 10th grade. I am working on a site for a project. I was wondering if i need permission from anyone to take data off of the site for my own use, or if there is a copyright

Everything on this site is copyrighted by both the author and AboveTopSecret.com LLP.

You'd need permission to reproduce.

If you're simply using it a source for a school paper etc., though that should be covered under fair use.

Each and every post on abovetopsecret.com has it´s own copyright note. You can see it by clicking on the icon which you´ll find in the bottom right corner of the post you want to "use".
