94kbps is too much for a voice podcast, sorry to say.

The podcasts that I listen to all the time (Daily Source Code, etc) are usually in the 40MB range. It actually seems a pretty standard size. I figured 20MB was not too bad.

My hypothesis about 9/11:

Our government knew about the pending attack but did nothing to stop it and in fact, hid information that could have prevented it. In addition, they planted explosives in WTC 1, 2 and 7, knowing an airplane hit would not bring them all the way down, and knowing that a totally destroyed building (or 3) and thousands of deaths (instead of hundreds) would make for a sensational enough event to convince a country to go to war.

Airplanes did indeed hit the buildings, but the buildings were (previously) loaded with explosives that brought them all the way down, destroying evidence and witnesses and guaranteeing support for revenge... in ... Iraq.
