New name for 'war on terror'

So i guess it was time to re-brand the war.. is now called "a global struggle against the enemies of freedom" (or AGSATEOF [TM] )!


And what are "all tools of statecraft " ?!?!


I thought there was only one " tool of statecraft" in the US... and its called the US armed forces.

I know we would just be argueing about terms but surely this is worth some comment, no?

This is to do with the ideological battle for the minds on the home front, this makes the swapping of terms by the US admin. quite a big move.

Are there really no comments out there on this?

All these 'tools' you mentioned is nothing more than the means that will be used for the gradual elimination of political and human rights in the name of the 'fight against terrorism' and the 'axis of evil'

I think the aim of these actions is straight forward.
