Well, unfortunately I can't speak Swedish, and not really sure if your asking if someone if they have cracked the code, or if someone knows how to go about cracking the code, but if I had to venture forth a gues, I would say the information on cracking the code would be located within the book itself.

To me, it looks like instructions. Maybe those are page numbers, and the L and the U stand for Left and Up?
