you don't have to put your real email address. Just put in [email protected] or whatever it doesn't matter. They still show the results on the screen.

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong. In fact, I don't recall any "username" field at all, so you may want to check if you're even in the right place.

if you uncheck the 2 boxes under the email address field, the username stuff goes away.

Also you don't have to enter a valid email in order to get your results...I used [email protected]. Same for the info in the survey, you don't have to enter your name or zip code or anything else you don't want to. That info is just used to breakdown your value.
