WATCH: “We Absolutely Have to Get President Biden Reelected” – Leftist Arizona AG Kris Mayes Says The Quiet Part Out Loud Before Announcing Grand Jury Indictment Against Trump 2020 Alternate Electors

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said the quiet part out loud late last month before announcing that 18 individuals were indicted by an Arizona grand jury in the latest election interference witch hunt against President Trump and his allies.

While speaking about abortion with MSNBC three weeks ago and claiming that Republicans will enact a federal abortion ban, Kris Mayes declared, “We absolutely have to get President Biden reelected.”

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Kris Mayes, who stole her election from Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes, announced the charges on Wednesday afternoon for the non-crime of questioning an election. She defended her witch hunt and the curious timing of the indictment – just months before the 2024 general election.

GOOD FIND. The "back room" communications will become public after Joe Biden loses, and President Trump's DOJ begins the process of investigating and exposing. This prospect is scaring them senseless. 😎

This case might bring out the facts about ballots being run through a contractor's (Runbeck Election Services) warehouse and "certified" for signature ID verification. That was done without chain of custody. Bingo! that's how they got needed votes counted. 😃

There's no such thing as alternate electors laws. Please point out anywhere in the Arizona Constitution where it mentions alternate electors.

While specific Arizona laws regarding alternate electors may not be explicitly outlined, the state follows the general framework established by the United States Constitution and federal election laws. Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution grants states the authority to appoint electors, but it doesn't specifically address alternate electors. Instead, states typically establish their own procedures for selecting and appointing electors, which may or may not include provisions for alternate electors.

Regarding the integrity of the current AZ legal system:

It's evident that the integrity of the Arizona legal system has come under scrutiny, especially concerning the handling of election-related matters. The suppression of the 2020 Maricopa election audit and allegations of election fraud raise serious concerns about transparency and accountability within Arizona's governance.

Corruption Allegations: The failure of Arizona law enforcement, including the Attorney General, to address documented instances of election fraud suggests a potential lack of impartiality and accountability.

Suppressed Evidence: Reports of shredded and trafficked ballots, if true, indicate a deliberate effort to suppress crucial evidence rather than investigate it thoroughly.

Call for Transparency: The public's demand for transparency and accountability in electoral processes is essential for upholding democratic principles and restoring trust in the legal system

There doesn't seem to be any Arizona laws to remedy a fraudulent election either.

Whether true or not, what does that have to do with the fake electors falsely claiming to be the duly selected electors of Arizona in an attempt to overturn the election?

That's a question, based on allegations, that is better answered by the defendants lawyers.

I'll just say that there needs to be a path of remedy for the allegations surrounding the Arizona legal system's handling of election-related matters, because they highlight the need for comprehensive reforms to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in the electoral process.

If they follow federal rules on it they DO have laws on alternate electors. The federal ones.

There are no federal laws. The Constitution is very clear that it is up to state legislatures to decide how their state selects electors.
