I believe, at least in my mind, they and almost all of congress are compromised. I don't think "We the people" are allowed to elect anyone who isn't compromised.

It's de rigueur for all politicians at that level.

They couldn't have gotten to that level in the first place if they didn't allow themselves to be compromised 6 ways from Sunday...

4. Even when facts are against his stance on something, he tells people to believe him (see example the 2020 election). He regularly ignores science and facts to keep his base intact.
5. Trump tried to roll back many EPA and regulatory policies that courts overturned - thank god.
6. Keeps trying to get rid of Obamacare, but has absolutely no better plan in the pipeline, despite most people wanting Obamacare (60% of American poll favourably as of 4 days ago)
