For the sake of an impeachment could not the House be likened to your Grand Jury and the Senate to a Trial Court?

Just attempting to understand the process.

In a general sense, you could say they serve similar functions.

The Senate is part of Congress. I'm guessing you didn't pass Civics in school.

No , You Guessed Wrong . So , you have the House of Representatives (Congress ) , and you have the (Seat) of the Senate . Two Totally Different Bodies of Lawmakers . And yes , I learned about Civics when I was in 3rd Grade Silly !

Well, not quite accurate.

There is the House of Representatives - usually referred to as The House.

And there is the Senate.

The 2 together form the legislative body of government called Congress.

What makes it more confusing is that people elected to the House of Representatives are called Congressman. It would be better if they were referred to as Representatives or "Houser's" but that ship sailed...

People like MTG who's only role at this point is to act as Trump's voice in Congress.

You may want to think about repeating the 3rd grade.
