Democrats Prepare to Cast Illegal Immigrants out into the Cold

Maybe they should have walked south to warmer climate instead of north. But oh yeah. There's no free # south.

There's a simple move that all the states can do if the illegal immigrants get out of control. They all simply need to declare a Article 1 sec. 10 invasion is occurring. Then those states can deport all illegals without paperwork back to Mexico. Even the ones with pending paperwork and court hearings scheduled for the future.

This power would override any federal claims to controlling immigration. Biden could pound sand as NY, IL, and CA along with the rest start gathering up the illegals and busing them back to Mexico.

The Reagan administration is actually to blame. The Immigration Act created inroads for illegals who were already in the country to apply for citizenship in the 80's. The word got out quickly, and illegal border crossings continued to rise until today. He opened the door and created precedence. A Republican. Let your friend know.
