Yes, they do. I prosecute quite a few.

A lot of this case is unprecedented, and I fully expect multiple interpretations of the law from everyone interested party.

I agree 100% that these cases should be moved along at an appropriate pace that ensures integrity and transparency. That being said, because of the likely hood of much legal analysis and interpretational review, I bet the case will start well into 2024 if not beyond, as well as the case itself will likely be drawn out.

In UK they are saying a Judge has set 4th March for the start of Trump's trial.
So that is before your elections right?
Does this mean Trump has won the first step to get the trial started sooner?

The prosecutor is not acting in good faith. It's a classic case of election interference. Anyone with any measurable intelligent quotient already knows this. This is all theater to put lies on a big parade.
